I'm a 19-year-old IT enthusiast from Bochum, Germany, passionate about crafting visually appealing and functional web experiences.

Web development is the playground where I explore modern technologies and frameworks.
I love building new projects, trying out new tools, and learning new things.
From front-end development with Svelte and Tailwind CSS to building APIs with Node.js and MySQL.

Learning Rust with Tauri was a fun challenge where I made my first open source contribution to Rhyolite, an open source version of Obsidian that is more performance focused.

Achievements and Skills

I've built a variety of projects, ranging from personal websites to full-stack applications.
My skills include front-end development with Svelte and Tailwind CSS, back-end development with Node.js and MySQL, and learning Rust with Tauri.

In 2024, I participated in the GFOS Innovationsaward together with two classmates, where we developed a project (Java backend, Svelte & Tailwind frontend) that was awarded 1st place.
This was a great experience and I learned a lot about teamwork and project management, while it also showed me how far I've come since I started learning programming back in 2021.
We've learned of key things during this project, like how to work with a team, how to manage a project and how to use collaboration tools like Github, Figma etc. effectively.
